Sherpany is an Enterprise-grade software for board members and corporate secretaries that enhances decision-making processes. The app ensures that meetings are efficiently organised and the materials securely distributed to the participants device (iPad, Surface) enableling individual preparation including annotating, bookmarking and summarising of documents.

Heuristic Evaluation
The UX process stared with the evaluation of the current app. After running the main flows, I've pick up some pain points to work on.
Meetings
There was a need to give more prominence the the "Create New Meeting" since it's a very small target area and also to insert a secondary color in order to highlight some UI elements. With this new approach we can display more information in each Meeting like the Meeting summary, attendees, documents and notifications. The new Action button allows the user to get a quick access to the main controls and now the user can see the groups that access the Meeting notes.
New Meeting Setup
The main changes in the New Meeting are the re-arrange of the input fields with a better contrast for the input labels and making the Advanced settings always visible in order to assiste the user to make a proper choice in the security level of the Meeting documents. Also I've added the possibility to save a draft version that could be edited later on.
Members
In the Members layout I've added more information on each member like the groups they're on and main contacts. I also took advantage of the sidebar to display the CTA for Create New Member and Create New Group.
New Member Setup
For the New Member modal there was a need to have inline validation for all input fields, some small form optimizations in order to have a error prevetions and finally the possibility to zoom and drag in the profile photo.
Meeting Documents
The Meeting Documents layout follow the same structure as the Members to save development time and to make it more familiar to new users. Here the document thumbnail was added to have more visual support and the possibility to add or create new labels to improve documents search.
Documents Edit
This Document Edit modal was improved by adding auto-complete in the label, members and groups inputs. The document security level now can be defined here and the members avatars bring some visual clues.
